Ashton will be addressing behaviorally oriented parent training.  Her evidence based strategies will promote effective ways to improve your child’s skills and enhance optimal development through your child's development.

Grace Stevens, M.A. Psychotherapist, LMHCA

Grace received her M.A in Counseling Psychology for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has experience working with children, families, adults, and couples and has training in evidence based practiced that support the stability of the family unit. Grace will be speaking about attachment theory, modeling, shadow work, and strategies for improving the parent child relationship.

Niki Traylor, CPT, LMT, RYT-500

With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, mother of 4, Niki Traylor, offers practical and helpful information for finding balance in your life when dealing with the day-to-day challenges of motherhood in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle for you and your family.
